Around 320 printed pages at 250 words per page in a typical 5.5"x8.5" trade layout, or roughly 235 pages at a denser 6"x9" setting of ~340 words per page. Font, leading and trim size move the number by 20% either way.
Commercial fiction usually lands between 70,000 and 100,000 words. Under 40,000 is a novella; 40-110k is novel range; over 110k is long for a debut except in epic fantasy, where up to 150k is normal.
Fiction paperbacks average 250-340 words per page depending on trim size and typesetting: ~265 at 5"x8", ~285 at 5.25"x8", ~310 at 5.5"x8.5", ~340 at 6"x9".
